The hospital designed for Dr. Wackchaure in Akole is a major upgrade for the village, reducing the need to travel to nearby cities for quality healthcare. It features ample natural light, ventilation, bright interiors, and efficient space planning for patient comfort. The distinctive façade with interlocking aluminum tubes and a 400 sq. ft. OT makes it a landmark facility in the area.
The villa in Barshi is inspired by traditional Maharashtrian wada architecture and is designed primarily for Mr. Chavan’s parents. Planned around a central courtyard, all rooms open into it, creating a strong indoor–outdoor connection. A fort-like wooden entrance, sloping roof, natural stone flooring, and white walls reflect the wada style. Larger openings on the north and east ensure Vastu compliance while maintaining comfort and ventilation.
Envisioned as a refined urban sanctuary, this residence blends contemporary spatial planning with expressive handcrafted accents. Layered lighting—cove, halo, and display—creates depth while enhancing the curated art and décor narrative. Neutral wall panels provide a calm backdrop, allowing color to emerge through furnishings and botanical inserts. The home reflects a balance of modern luxury and cultural warmth, designed for both quiet living and elegant hosting.
